Nations Vision
Last week to register.
Forest Lawn High School is excited to once again partner with Nation’s Vision to offer free eye exams for students 19 years and younger. This valuable opportunity will take place during the weeks of April 22-25 and April 28-May 2.
If your child has not had an eye exam in the past year and would like to participate, please complete the attached form and return it to the school before April 7th. Paper forms are also available in the office.
About the Clinic:
- Nation’s Vision will be hosting onsite eye care clinics at Forest Lawn High School.
- After their exam, students requiring glasses will be notified by phone or email.
- Students who face barriers in accessing glasses in the community may qualify for Nation’s Vision’s humanitarian eyewear program, which provides glasses directly onsite.
This is an incredible opportunity to support your child’s vision and learning, so don’t miss out!
