First Day of Classes
We are excited to welcome students back for the 2025–2026 school year at Forest Lawn High School! The first few days are carefully planned to help students settle in, reconnect, and feel confident about the year ahead. Please see below for important details about the first two days of school.
Tuesday, September 2
For Grade 10 (No Grade 11 or 12 students this morning)
System Program Classes - LEAD, PLP, ACCESS, and The Class students - will be at school the whole day 8:55 am to 3:37 pm

9:25 – 11:20 AM | Modified Class Rotations (25-minute blocks) |
* Lots of staff will be out to greet and support students as they arrive and help our new Titans navigate their morning.
Note: Forest Lawn students with courses at Jack James will not start attending Jack James until Thursday, September 4.
Wednesday, September 3
For Grade 11 & 12 (No Grade 10 students this afternoon)
System Program Classes - LEAD, PLP, ACCESS, and The Class students - will be at school the whole day 8:55 am to 3:37 pm

Monday, August 25 - ALL Grades can attend Between the hours of 9:00 a.m. and 3:00 p.m. OR Tuesday, August 26 - ALL Grades can attend Between the hours of 9:00 a.m. and 3:00 p.m.
Lockers
Lockers will be assigned on the same day as your Photo ID, once you have received your photo ID card

School Supplies
Students are expected to supply their own binders, loose-leaf paper, pens, pencils and any other necessary equipment and supplies. A calculator is strongly suggested for all students in Math classes. Due to Occupational Health and Safety regulations, several shop classes also require steel-toed boots.
Textbooks and handouts will be supplied by the school and are funded by the payment of school fees.
