Second Semester Course Change Request

The deadline to request changes is Friday, December 15 at 2 PM.  There are limited spaces available for options and changes will be first come, first served.  Changes cannot be made for specific teachers or timeslots.  Please do not submit the form more than once. 

In addition to this link, there are posters with QR codes in the Rotunda and Student Services to access the course change form.
